When using the Integrated Office Viewer, a blank page may be displayed when opening a document for the first time. This may be caused by the Integrated Office Viewer opening after a recent IIS reset.
A blank page may also appear after editing a document in the Integrated Office Viewer. By default, immediately after editing a document, the document viewer performs a one-time automatic refresh. If this refresh happens before the changes are processed by Microsoft, then the document does not load and a blank page is displayed.
If a blank page appears, close the document window and then reopen the document.
To prevent this blank page from displaying, increase the number of refreshes after a document is edited or encounters an error. For more information on how to change the number of times a document refreshes, see Configuring the Integrated Office Viewer Refresh Settings.
