Issue: The following error messages are displayed in the Diagnostics Console when attempting to connect to Adobe Sign:

Resolution: This issue occurs when the OnBase database is unable to store Adobe Sign credentials (for example, if the default DPAPI-NG encryption method is used but the application pool user is unable to access the directory used to store the encryption key. To resolve this issue, create a new directory to store the encryption credentials and ensure your application pool user has access to it. The directory must be configured in the KeyDirectoryPath setting.
