Note:

When upgrading, these elements may need to be re-installed or re-configured in the upgraded system.

The installation and configuration process is outlined here:

  1. Configure a Service Account in OnBase(see Service Account Configuration).
  2. Create the specific Keyword Types in OnBase for use with Integration for Banner TEM(see Keyword Type Configuration).
  3. Create the specific Document Type in OnBase for use with Integration for Banner TEM and assign the Keyword Types created for the integration to this Document Type (see Document Type Configuration).
  4. Map the Document Type and Keyword Types created to their corresponding objects in the TEM application (see Map Document Type and Keyword Type Objects to TEM Objects).
  5. Install and configure the Hyland.Integrations.Ellucian.jar on the server hosting the TEM application (see JAR Installation and Configuration).
  6. Update the configuration of the server hosting the TEM application to include a context node for the Hyland.Integrations.Ellucian class (see Context Node Configuration).
  7. Restart the TEM application.
