A Keyword Type must be created in OnBase for each of the fields in the TEM application that is used to populate Keyword Types for documents stored in OnBase.
Ensure that the Data Type and Max Length for each Keyword Type matches the values in the following table. Keyword Type names can be configured as anything, but it is a best practice to use the names provided in the following table to make configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting easier. Other Keyword Type settings can be left as default.
