Complete the following steps to configure the Import and Export Runtime Server Instance for the Integration for Brainware:
- Open the Brainware Intelligent Capture Runtime Service Properties.

On the General tab, enter the shared UNC path to which the XML generated during Brainware processing will be exported into the Export field.
Note:
For the Integration for Brainware, this UNC path must match the path that designates the directory from which OnBase will import data.

Click the Workflow tab.
Note:
The settings on the Workflow tab in the Brainware Intelligent Capture Runtime Service Properties do not impact the OnBase Workflow module. For more information on the Workflow module, see the Workflow module reference guide.

Ensure that Import and Export are the only process steps selected.

Click the Import tab.

Enter the shared UNC path from which documents will be imported into your Brainware solution into the Import Directory field.
Note:
For the Integration for Brainware, this UNC path must match the path that designates the directory to which OnBase will export documents.
- Select the appropriate Document Grouping.
- Select Automatic under Document Type.
- Select Always import documents under Import Condition.
- Select Limit batch size, max under Extended Settings.
- Enter 10 into the field below the Limit batch size, max option.
