The Integration for Content Composer consists of multiple components, including OnBase Workflow.

The following list summarizes the configuration process:

  • Ensure that you have created and configured the appropriate text blocks, documents, and bundles in Content Composer. For more information on configuring text blocks, documents, and bundles in Content Composer, see the Content Composer documentation.

  • If Content Composer bundles are to be downloaded into OnBase for preview, you can configure Portfolio Relations and Portfolio Types for the Integration for Content Composer in OnBase Studio. For information on configuring Portfolio Relations for the Integration for Content Composer, see Configuring Portfolio Relations. For information on configuring Portfolio Types, see the Workflow module reference guide.

  • Create a Content Composer profile in OnBase Studio. See Creating a Content Composer Profile for more information.

  • Configure any necessary Workflow actions for the Integration for Content Composer in OnBase Studio. See Configuring Workflow for Content Composer for more information.

  • Ensure you have the appropriate data model uploaded to Content Composer. This data model will be used to map serialized data fields from OnBase to your text block(s), document(s), and/or bundle in Content Composer. If you do not have an appropriate data model, you can create and download an XSD schema from OnBase Studio directly. See Creating a Serialization Type for more information.
