The General tab of the Properties pane allows you to configure how OnBase connects to Content Composer.
Option: Content Composer Profile
Select the Content Composer profile used to create the Content Composer bundle.
Use Specified Bundle
You can manually specify the name of the Content Composer system and bundle to use when generating Content Composer bundles. Select Use Specified Bundle and then select the corresponding Content Composer system from the System drop-down list. Next, select the bundle to use from the Bundle drop-down list.
Option: Bundle From Property
To use configured property values to specify the name of the Content Composer system and bundle to use when generating Content Composer bundles, select Bundle From Property. Once, the System and Bundle fields are enabled, enter the property that contains the name of the Content Composer system in the System field. In the Bundle field, enter the property that contains the name of the Content Composer bundle.
Preview Bundle
If this option is selected, either a Resume Content Composer Bundle or a Cancel Content Composer Bundle action must also be included in the life cycle.
Select this option to download the generated bundle from Content Composer for viewing in OnBase. If this option is selected, the bundle is imported into OnBase prior to the finalization of Content Composer bundle generation.
When this option is selected, the Process ID Property Name field, the Document Type drop-down list, and the Process ID Keyword Type drop-down list are enabled.
Enter the name of the property in which to store the Content Composer process ID in the Process ID Property Name field.
When you select a Document Type from the Document Type drop-down list, the Content Composer bundle is stored in OnBase as the selected Document Type.
When you select a Keyword Type from the Process ID Keyword Type drop-down list, the Content Composer process ID is stored as a Keyword Value of that Keyword Type on the document used to store the Content Composer bundle.
