The Integration for Corelation Inc. KeyStone allows financial institutions to integrate OnBase with the Keystone system that contains the business critical documents that drive their day to day business.
Documents generated by a transaction in Keystone are stored and indexed in OnBase. These documents include receipts, new account documentation, account maintenance requests, and much more. The integration also allows the institution's front-line staff to access documents directly from the OnBase repository without ever leaving Keystone. This allows the front line employees to provide the highest level of service to the institution's members and customers, while simultaneously maintaining the appropriate level of security for the data and documents that drive the organization's business.
