After a record is generated and saved, users can import it into OnBase by clicking the OnBase Documents option to access OnBase functions. During import, the document is populated with Keyword Values pulled from fields on the record.
After the record is imported, users can retrieve it by clicking on the same OnBase Documents option. The OnBase ACC Viewer displays the record and allows it to be annotated, cross-referenced to related documents, and e-mailed or faxed directly from the OnBase repository.
