The Forms Generator in CourtView places documents created by CourtView in a specific folder. This is the same folder the Hyland ACC Document Import Service uses to locate documents that need to be archived in OnBase. If this location is different in CourtView and the Hyland ACC Document Import Service, documents will not be imported correctly.

The Save To Location value is the folder that the Forms Generator places CourtView documents in. If this value is different from the value configured for the Hyland ACC Document Import Service, the value in the Hyland ACC Document Import Service configuration file must be changed to match the CourtView Save To Location value.

To find the Save To Location value in CourtView:

  1. Navigate to Modules | System Administration | Codes | Forms Generation | Document | All Documents.
  2. In the list of documents displayed, double click any of the documents.
  3. The value of the Save To Location field is where FormsGen places CourtView documents.
    Note:

For complete details on locating or changing this value in CourtView, refer to the help files that were provided by CourtView.

To find and change the corresponding value in the Hyland ACC Document Import Service:

  4. Locate the Hyland.Core.ACCDocumentImport.NTService.exe.config configuration file. This file is located in the installation folder of the Hyland ACC Document Import Service, which should be installed on the OnBase application server. In a default installation, this file is located in C:\Program Files\Hyland\Services\ACC Document Import \.
  5. Open the file for editing in a plain-text editor, such as Notepad. Do not open this file in a binary-text editor, such as Microsoft Word. Binary editors can introduce invalid characters that may prevent the configuration file from being parsed by the service.
  6. Locate the Folders\AddFolder node under the ImportFolderSettings node.
  7. Ensure the value of the FilePath attribute matches the Save To Location in CourtView. If it doesn't, change the FilePath value to match the Save To Location in CourtView.
  8. Save and close the configuration file.
    Note:

The Hyland ACC Document Import Service must be restarted for configuration changes to take effect.
