Note:

The user performing check image configuration must have the Process Configuration Configuration Right.

To configure the check image retrieval portion of the Member ID component:

  1. Select Import | Harland-Phoenix | Check Images Settings.
  2. The Harland-Phoenix Check Images Configuration dialog box is displayed:
  3. Select the check image Document Type from the Check Image Document Type drop-down list.
  4. Select the following Keyword Types from the corresponding drop-down lists:

    • Account Number Keyword Type: The Keyword Type used to store checking account numbers.

    • Check Number Keyword Type: The Keyword Type used to store check numbers.

    • Amount Keyword Type: The Keyword Type used to store check amounts.

  5. Click Save to save the configuration, or click Cancel to exit the configuration without saving it.
