The process below outlines how to configure a Document Import Processing Format to send Cavion notifications for statements and notices within a batch. Once the batch is committed, the notifications are automatically sent. Repeat the following process for each Document Import Processing Format that will include statements or notices.

Note:

A Document Import Processor (DIP) license is required to access this functionality.

Before committing a batch in the OnBase Client, batch Document Types must be properly identified in order to be able to trigger Cavion notifications. For more information on configuring Document Types for Cavion, see Configuring a Document Type for Cavion Notifications.

To configure Document Import Processing Formats for Cavion notifications:

  1. From the Configuration module, select Import | Document Import Processor.
  2. Select or create the Document Import Processing Format you would like to configure for Cavion notifications.
    For more information on creating and configuring Document Import Processing Formats, see the Document Import Processor module reference guide.
  3. Click Process Settings.
  4. Select the Send Cavion Notifications option.
  5. Click Save.
