The process below outlines how to configure both statement and notice Cavion notifications for Image Statements Statement Types. Repeat this process for each Statement Type that will be used for statement or notice notifications. Depending on your organizational needs, you may only need to configure Statement Types for one or the other.

Note:

An Image Statements license is required to access this functionality. You must also be using Image Statements Version 2. For more information on switching versions, see the Image Statements module reference guide.

Once this process is complete, see

To configure Statement Types for Cavion notifications:

  1. From the Configuration module, select Printing | Statement Types.
  2. Select or create a Statement Type you would like to configure for Cavion notifications.
    For more information on creating and configuring Statement Types, see the Image Statements module reference guide.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Select the Enable Cavion Notifications for this Statement Type option.
  5. Select one of the following options:

    • Statement- Select if the Statement Type is being configured for a statement notification.

    • Notice- Select if the Statement Type is being configured for a notice notification.

  6. Click Save.
