Depending on your business needs, you must define the Keyword Types being used for either statements, notices, or both. This allows Harland Cavion to collect the appropriate information and keyword values from statements and notices. These Keyword Types may already be created and assigned to the appropriate statement and notice Document Types.

Additionally, depending on your business needs, you must also specify your organization's primary routing number and Cavion solution service URL for statements, notices, or both.

To define Keyword Types for statements and notices:

  1. Select Printing | Cavion Notification Settings.

    The Cavion Notifications Configuration dialog box is displayed.

    Note:

    Configuration that takes place in the Cavion Notifications Configuration dialog box is applied to all Statement Types configured for D&H Cavion notifications.

  2. Using the drop-down lists, select the Keyword Type your organization is using for each of the listed data types.
    Note:

    These Keyword Types are created during the installation process.

    When configuring statements, all Keyword Types are required, except for the Statement End Date Keytype, which is optional.

    When configuring notices, all Keyword Types are required, except for the Notice End Date Keytype, which is optional.

  3. Enter the primary routing number for your organization in the appropriate fields.

    When configuring statements, enter the primary routing number in the Statement Location Primary Routing Number field.

    When configuring notices, enter the primary routing number in the Notice Location Primary Routing Number field.

  4. Enter the appropriate service URL for your Cavion solution in the appropriate fields.

    When configuring statements, enter the service URL in the Statement Cavion Web field.

    When configuring notices, enter the service URL in the Notice Cavion Web Service field.

    Note:

    Depending on your Cavion solution, the service URLs may differ.

  5. Click Save.
