When Cavion notifications should be sent on an ad hoc basis or upon committing a Document Import Processor batch, you must create, configure, and identify Document Types for statements and notices.

Note:

This process is not necessary if you are only using Image Statements to send Cavion notifications.

To configure a Document Type for Cavion Notifications:

  1. From the Configuration module, select Document | Document Types.
  2. Do one of the following:

    • Select the Document Type currently being used to store statements or notices.

    • Create the Document Type you would like to use to store statements or notices.

  3. Click the Cavion button.

    The Cavion Notifications dialog box is displayed.

  4. Select the Configure Document Type for Cavion Notifications option.
  5. Select one of the following:

    • Statement- Select to identify the Document Type as a statement.

    • Notice- Select to identify the Document Type as a notice.

  6. Click OK.
