If you are using the Voucher component, ensure the Voucher and Share Receipt Document Types exists in your OnBase solution. These Document Type are used to store signatures in the Voucher component. While the names of the Document Types do not have to be Voucher and Share Receipt, they must match the name used in the web.config file of the Application Server.
Assign the following Keyword Types to the Voucher and Share Receipt Document Types:

Branch Number
-
Institution #
-
Journal PTID
-
Member Email
Note:The Member Email Keyword Type is only required for sending signed vouchers or share receipts to one or more recipients.

Member Number
-
Reversal
-
Teller Name
-
Teller Number
