If you are using the XML Statement and Notice Notifications component (for use with D&H Cavion), ensure Keyword Types exist in your OnBase solution to capture values for the following types of data. D&H Cavion requires this data in order to render statement notifications. These Keyword Types are used to collect data from the D&H Phoenix delivery block, which is located within the D&H Phoenix statement and/or notice. This data, with the exception of Delivery Method, is included within the XML notification.
The Keyword Type names listed in the table below are suggestions only; however, they should be given names that are easy to identify as related to the D&H Phoenix data.
Your organization may elect to have two Keyword Types per element: one for statements and one for notices. Some of the elements below are used exclusively for either statements or notices and are noted as such.
