Issue: When using an HHP signature pad, a logo appears on the pad and stays on the screen regardless of other forms that are loaded onto the pad.

Resolution: Run the Hyland.Integrations.HarlandPhoenix.HHPLoaderGUI.exe, which is available from your solution provider. Place this utility in the same directory as the following files:

  • Hyland.Integrations.HarlandPhoenix.SigCommon.dll

  • Hyland.Integrations.HarlandPhoenix.SigCommon.dll.config

  • Hyland.Integrations.HarlandPhoenix.SigHHP.dll

  • Hyland.Types.dll

  • Interop.SCRIPTIFACELib.dll

  • Interop.SCRIPTIFACELibUSB.dll

To run Hyland.Integrations.HarlandPhoenix.HHPLoaderGUI.exe:

  1. Double-click the executable.
  2. The HHP Autorun Loader dialog box is displayed.
  3. Select one of the following Connection types:
    • USB- Select this button or press ALT+U if the signature pad is connected via a USB port. Proceed to step 6.

    • Serial- Select this button or press ALT+S if the signature pad is connected via a serial (COM) port. Proceed to step 4.

  4. Select a COM Port from the COM Port drop-down list, or press ALT+P and use the appropriate arrow key.
  5. Select a baud rate from the Baud Rate drop-down list, or press ALT+B and use the appropriate arrow key.
  6. Click Load Script or press ALT+L.
  7. When the script is complete, restart the signature pad.
  8. Click Exit or press ALT+X to close the HHP Autorun Loader dialog box.
