The Integration for D+H Phoenix Document Storage component uses a form data file, which is located in the same directory as a source PDF file. The form data file has the exact same file name as the PDF file, with the exception of the .txt extension. The PDF file and the form data file are dynamically generated by the Harland Phoenix software at the same time.

Form data files contain two lines of values, separated by tilde delimiters.

The first line contains the following data:

[form name]

The name of the form.

This value is stored in the form name Keyword Type that you mapped in the <documentStorage> section of the web.config file.

[form ID]

The form ID.

This value is stored in the form ID Keyword Type that you mapped in the <documentStorage> section of the web.config file.

[RIM number]

The RIM number.

This value is stored in the RIM number Keyword Type that you mapped in the <documentStorage> section of the web.config file.

[account type]

The account type.

This value is stored in the account type Keyword Type that you mapped in the <documentStorage> section of the web.config file.

[account number]

The account number.

This value is stored in the account number Keyword Type that you mapped in the <documentStorage> section of the web.config file.

[signature required]

Whether or not a signature is required.

When set to Y, a signature is required. When set to N, a signature is not required. The Integration for D+H Phoenix skips signature capture for the form.

[signature quantity]

The number of signatures to be captured.

This value matches the number of signatures included in the second line.

[institution#]

The institution number.

This value is stored in the Institution# Keyword Type.

[Document Type]

The name of the Document Type into which the Integration for D+H Phoenix stores the signed document.

For example, when set to Forms, the document will be stored to the Forms Document Type. When set to Member Signature, the document will be stored to the Member Signature Document Type.

Note:

The Document Type name and the value for this setting must be exactly the same.

[first name]

The first name of the member.

This value is stored in the member first name Keyword Type that you mapped in the <documentStorage> section of the web.config file.

Note:

This field is optional.

[last name]

The last name of the member.

This value is stored in the member last name Keyword Type that you mapped in the <documentStorage> section of the web.config file.

Note:

This field is optional.

[SSN]

The social security number of the member.

This value is stored in the member SSN Keyword Type that you mapped in the <documentStorage> section of the web.config file.

Note:

This field is optional.

[member class]

The credit union member class.

This value is stored in the credit union member class Keyword Type that you mapped in the <documentStorage> section of the web.config file.

Note:

This field is optional.

[date]

The date.

This value is automatically generated by the system.

[font name]

The name of the font used for the date text.

[font size]

The size of the font used for the date text.

The second line contains the following data:

[SignorName#]

The name of the individual signing the document.

[page number]

The page number of the document to which the signature applies.

[left signature box]

The x-coordinate of the left edge of the rectangle on the page representing the signature box, in millimeters.

[top signature box]

The y-coordinate of the top edge of the rectangle on the page representing the signature box, in millimeters.

[right signature box]

The x-coordinate of the right edge of the rectangle on the page representing the signature box, in millimeters.

[bottom signature box]

They-coordinate of the bottom edge of the rectangle on the page representing the signature box, in millimeters.

[full/initials]

Whether or not a full signature will be captured.

When set to S, a full signature is captured. When set to I, initials are only required. The Integration for D+H Phoenix displays instructions on the signature pad that reflect this value.

[signature description]

A description of the signature. For example, Signature of Spouse.

[left date line]

The x-coordinate of the left edge of the rectangle on the page representing the date line, in millimeters.

[top date line]

The y-coordinate of the top edge of the rectangle on the page representing the date line, in millimeters.

[right date line]

The x-coordinate of the right edge of the rectangle on the page representing the date line, in millimeters.

[bottom date line]

They-coordinate of the bottom edge of the rectangle on the page representing the date line, in millimeters.

Note:

If more than one signature is going to be captured, the above settings are repeated for each additional signature.
