Integration for D+H Phoenix can be used to accomplish three primary steps in teller transactions:
-
Member verification using information stored in OnBase.
-
Signature capture using a signature pad.
-
Voucher/receipt storage in OnBase.
It can also be used to accomplish two primary tasks for loan processing:
-
Signature capture using a signature pad.
-
Loan document storage in OnBase.
Integration for D+H Phoenix is also used to allow OnBase to notify D&H Cavion when statements and notices are identified in OnBase. This allows the Cavion system to then send customers e-notifications, signaling that their statements and notices are ready to view.
Statements and notices can be identified using one or more of the following methods, depending on licensing:
-
Using the Image Statements module, a user renders the documents.
-
Using the Document Import Processor module, a user commits a batch containing already-rendered documents (e.g., documents printed using a third-party printing service).
-
A user identifies the documents on an ad hoc basis.
