To sign a voucher or share receipt:

In the D&H Phoenix application, print a voucher slip or share receipt.
The Integration for D+H Phoenix connects to the OnBase Application Server to verify that the database is properly licensed and the Signature Capture dialog box is displayed.

The user signing the voucher or share receipt must do one of the
following:
- If Sign is displayed, sign your full signature.
- If Initial is displayed, sign only your initials.
The signature pad also displays the member name, member number, the total dollar amount of the transaction, and the dollar amount that the member is signing for.Note: The Topaz SignatureGem LCD 1x5 signature pad does not display the credit union member's number and dollar amounts. -
Once signed, the user signing the voucher or share receipt must do one of the
following:
- If the signature is acceptable, click OK on the signature pad. A submission confirmation message is displayed.
- If the signature is unacceptable, click Clear on the signature pad to clear the signature and sign again.
After clicking OK, the captured signature is displayed in the Signature Capture dialog box. -
The user accepting the document must do one of the following:
- If the signature is acceptable, click OK or press ALT+O.
- If the signature is unacceptable, click Retry Signature or press ALT+R to clear the signature and perform the signing process again.
- To cancel the entire process, click Cancel.
After accepting the signature, the captured signature on the voucher or share receipt is burned into the image and stored in OnBase.
