Depending on system configuration, XML notifications can be triggered upon committing a Document Import Processor batch.

To trigger XML notifications, select to commit a batch using the Document Import Processor module. Once the batch and its documents are committed, e-notifications are sent for applicable statement and notice documents contained within. Whether a notification is sent is determined by the value of the Delivery Method Keyword Type (the name of this Keyword Type may differ, depending on system configuration).

If the value is E at the time the document is committed, the notification is sent, and the statement or notice is automatically archived. If the value is B at the time the document is committed, the notification is sent and printed, and the statement or notice is automatically archived. If the value is anything besides E or B at the time the document is committed, the notification is printed, and the statement or notice is automatically archived.

Note:

For more information on committing batches, see the Document Import Processor module reference guide or help file.
