The instructions below are only required when configuring signature locations on a Document Type. Configuring signature locations is required when using the Integration for DocuSign in the OnBase Client but is optional when using the Integration for DocuSign in the Unity Client.

When configuring signature locations on a Document Type that will be used with Integration for DocuSign, the Document Type must contain alphanumeric Keyword Types to store the Signer Name and Signer Email.

A Signer Name Keyword Type and a Signer Email Keyword Type are required for each configured signature location. For example, if you want to configure two separate signature locations, you should have four Keyword Types in total: two for the signer names and two for the signer emails.
