You can customize the email signer notification subject and body using properties. To set the email notification subject from a property value, enter the appropriate property name in the Get Email Subject from Property field.
Note:
This option is not supported if a DocuSign Template has been assigned using a Keyword Type. The specified DocuSign Template will override this value.
