When all required signatures have been applied to a document in the DocuSign interface, you must poll the DocuSign service so that the signatures are reflected on the document.
To poll the DocuSign service, from the OnBase Client:

Do one of the following:

From the Document Search Results list, right-click the document and select Hosted Signing | Package Status.
Note:When retrieving documents by Document Handle, DocuSign options are not available from the Document Search Results list.

From the Document Viewer, navigate to the Document Options icon in the top left corner of the viewer and select Hosted Signing | Package Status.
The Package Status dialog box is displayed.

If the envelope is Completed, the document in OnBase is either modified to reflect the signatures, or a new revision is created to reflect the signatures, depending on your licensing and system configuration.
