The Package Status dialog box displays information about an envelope if it has been successfully uploaded to DocuSign. Refer to the table below for more information on the elements contained within the dialog box.

The unique identifier of the envelope, used by DocuSign. |

The date the envelope was uploaded to DocuSign. |
OnBase Status |
Describes the status of the envelope in terms of whether the document in OnBase has been properly updated. Not Yet Returned is displayed if the document cannot be imported from DocuSign (e.g., it does not yet contain all required signatures). Completed is displayed if the document in OnBase has been updated to reflect the signatures. The date of completion is also displayed in this instance. Signer Declined is displayed if the signer declines signing the envelope in DocuSign. Void is displayed when the sender voids the envelope before signing can be completed. Draft Created is displayed when a document is uploaded to DocuSign and either does not contain all the required Keyword Values or was uploaded from Workflow with the Suppress Signer Notification Emails option selected. Drafts cannot be edited in the OnBase Client. They can only be edited in the Unity Client. |
DocuSign Status |
The DocuSign status follows the document auto-name string in the list. Pending Signature is displayed if the document currently does not contain any signatures. Completed is displayed if one or more signatures are present on the document. Declined is displayed if the signer has chosen to decline signing the envelope in DocuSign. Voided is displayed when the sender voids the envelope before signing can be completed. Created Draft is displayed when a document is uploaded to DocuSign and either does not contain all the required Keyword Values or was uploaded from Workflow with the Suppress Signer Notification Emails option selected.
