Depending on your business process and the frequency users sign documents, there may be a need to schedule polling of the DocuSign service during off-hours to ensure all signed documents are being properly updated in OnBase.
A scheduled polling process checks the status of all envelopes uploaded to DocuSign. Any envelopes that include all required signatures and whose documents have not yet been updated in OnBase are updated appropriately.
Depending on your rights, you can schedule a process from the OnBase Client. To schedule polling of the DocuSign service, navigate to the Admin menu and select Signature Administration | Hosted Signature Polling. The Processing Scheduling dialog box is displayed.
