In addition to using the DocuSign drop-down list on the Document tab, DocuSign functionality can be accessed through the DocuSign Administration layout.

Note:

The DocuSign Administration layout is only available for users with either the Hosted Signature Uploading or Hosted Signature Monitoring User Group privilege.

To access the DocuSign Administration layout:

  1. From the File menu, select Administration | DocuSign Administration.
  2. The DocuSign Administration layout is displayed.
  3. To display documents in Completed, Voided, Declined, or Deleted DocuSign Envelopes, click Show Completed Envelopes.
    Tip:

    You can specify a date range to filter the list of envelopes to be displayed. To do so, enter a date range into the Uploaded From and To fields, then click Search.

    To display documents in Draft or Pending Signature DocuSign Envelopes, click Show In Process Envelopes.

  4. Select an Envelope, and click one of the following from the ribbon:

    Select to view the event log of the selected Envelope. This option communicates with DocuSign to display the most recent statuses.

    Note:

    View Envelope History is only available to users with rights to the specified Envelope.

    Note: If an envelope has been purged from DocuSign (for example, because it has expired or been voided), a message that the envelope does not exist is displayed. Use the Show Completed Envelopes functionality to view this envelope.

    Select to modify the selected Envelope in DocuSign. If the Envelope has already been sent, it will be locked for Correction until you finish your changes.

    Note:

    Modify Envelope is only available for Draft or Pending Signature DocuSign Envelopes.

    Select to send an email notification to recipients who have documents awaiting their signature. Reminder emails are only sent to recipients who have not yet signed the document.
    Note: This option is disabled for envelopes that are currently being modified by a user.

    Select to void the selected Envelope in DocuSign. This will prevent recipients from signing, and no revisions will be brought into OnBase.

    Note:

    Void Envelope is only available for Draft or Pending Signature DocuSign Envelopes.

    Select to open the selected Envelope's Certificate of Completion.

    Note:

    Show Certificate of Completion is only available for Completed or Voided DocuSign Envelopes.

    If the Certificate of Completion is not present in the database, you will be prompted to download it from DocuSign. Click Yes to download the Certificate of Completion, or click No to cancel.
