The OnBase HL7 Module is responsible for notifying Fusion CAC when OnBase documents are created, modified, or deleted.
Note:
HL7 messages sent from OnBase are encoded using MLLP encoding. The receiving HL7 system must be able to handle MLLP-encoded messages.
