Use OnBase Configuration to configure a service account. The service account allows the Application Server web service to retrieve OnBase documents for the Fusion CAC integration. When Fusion CAC requests a document, it provides the OnBase Application Server with the service account's user name, password, and data source.
Fusion CAC must be configured to supply the correct credentials and data source when requesting OnBase documents. Please refer to the Fusion CAC documentation or administrator for more information.
