The OnBase Application Server uses a service account to retrieve OnBase documents for the Fusion CAC integration. Coders using Fusion CAC do not require OnBase user accounts. Access to OnBase documents is controlled through Fusion CAC security.
To encrypt transmitted documents, make sure the OnBase Application Server is configured to use an HTTPS connection.
