  • Date of Loss

  • Claimant ID

    This Keyword Type is part of a Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group.

  • Claimant Name

    Note:

    This Keyword Type is part of a Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group.

  • Line ID

    Note:

    This Keyword Type is part of a Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group.

  • Line Type

    Note:

    This Keyword Type is part of a Multi-Instance Keyword Type Group.

  • Policy Number

  • Primary Insured Name

  • Claim Security Type

Select the DuckCreekClaimsAutoFill Unity Script from the Unity Script drop-down list.
