Hosted environments will often have version-specific names for OnBase Web Client URLs (for example, https://customerserver/1800AppNet/DocPop...). If the URL ever changes, such as during an upgrade, it would have a cascading effect requiring modification to the URLs generated by Duck Creek applications.
A separate named instance of the OnBase Web Client Server or virtual directory which is version-agnostic (for example, https://customerserver/Pop/DocPop...) should be configured for use with Pop functionality. This ensures that naming schema changes of an OnBase Web Server due to an upgrade do not require changes on the Duck Creek Claims server.
