The Duck Creek Claims interface can provide for viewers to view a list of a subset of documents in a particular context. Custom Queries and Folders are two functionalities that can be used to achieve this. The following use cases must be accounted for:

  • Viewing all documents associated with a Claim

  • Viewing all documents associated with a Claim's policy

A Custom Query and a Folder must be configured in OnBase for each use case.
