The DC - Auto Create File Note Workflow life cycle is required for the Integration for Duck Creek solution to function. OnBase Configuration export files have been created to facilitate the creation of this life cycle. This export file is available from your solution provider.

Once the DC - Auto Create File Note life cycle has been imported into OnBase, the following Document Types must be assigned to the life cycle:

  • Authority

  • Communications

  • Coverage

  • Evaluation

  • FNOL

  • Injury

  • Investigation

  • Liability

  • Mail

  • Medical Management

  • Negotiation

  • OFAC SDN Matched Report Received

  • Payment

  • Privacy

  • Recovery

  • Reserve

  • Resolution
