To be eligible for signing in the PPL application, a form must meet the following requirements:

The form must be a Unity Form or an Image Form.

The form must not belong to a Document Type that has been configured to prohibit signing in the PPL application. For more information, see Designating View-Only Forms.

The packet the form is attached to must have a status of Pending or In Progress.
