You can use OnBase Configuration to designate the user account for the PPL application.
To designate the user account:
Select Medical | Patient Portal Link. The Patient Portal Link dialog box is displayed.
In the PPL User Account field, enter the user name of the OnBase account you configured for this integration.
Note:
The PPL User Account field only designates the integration user account in the database. This field does not display the existing user account value from the database. As a result, this field is always blank, even if a user account already has been designated for use with this integration.
