The following steps describe how to set up the PPL application in IIS.

Note:

The PPL application must be installed on the same domain as the OnBase Web Server to allow Unity Forms to be viewed.

To install the PPL application:

  1. Copy the PPL installation files to the Web site root directory for the MyChart integration (..\inetpub\wwwroot\MyChartPPL, for example).
  2. Create the application pool in Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
  3. Right-click the new application pool and select Advanced Settings.
  4. Confirm or update the following settings for the application pool:

  5. Using Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, create the PPL application.
    • Ensure the application uses the new application pool and the PPL installation directory.

    • Ensure the application will be used only for the MyChart integration.
