Documents uploaded using the PPL application must be added to a Workflow life cycle or a Document Imaging scan queue upon import. Work with your solution provider to ensure uploaded documents are properly linked to Epic.
Note:
If an uploaded document is re-indexed to a different Document Type, it will no longer be available on the Upload History page within the PPL application. It is recommended to configure a Workflow life cycle where uploaded documents are copied and subsequent processing is performed on the copies created by Workflow. Contact your solution provider for assistance.
