Use OnBase Configuration to designate the Document Type for storing documents uploaded by users of the PPL application.

To designate the Document Type for user uploads:

  1. Select Medical | Patient Portal Link. The Patient Portal Link dialog box is displayed.
  2. From the Document Type Mapping drop-down list, select the Document Type to use for storing documents uploaded by MyChart users.
  3. Click OK.
