Controls whether the PPL application allows patients to upload files to OnBase. Set to one of the following values:

true- Users can upload files and review the files they have uploaded. The Upload and Review Images button is displayed on the home page. Users cannot delete uploaded files.

false- Users cannot upload files using the PPL application. The Upload and Review Images button is not present on the home page.
