As of OnBase Foundation EP2, welcome messages and footer messages that exceed 40 characters will be truncated to 37 characters. An ellipsis (...) is displayed at the end of truncated messages.

As of OnBase Foundation EP1, the apiUrl in the config.json file points to ..private/healthcare/epic/PPL. If you are upgrading from a previous version of OnBase to Foundation EP1 or later, make sure the apiUrl has PPL at the end of the path.
