When configuring DeficiencyPop for Epic, the URL to the DeficiencyPop Login.aspx page must be configured. For example, the URL would follow this format: https://hostname/DeficiencyPop/Login.aspx, where hostname is the machine name of the OnBase DeficiencyPop server.

Note: To configure the URL, you must first install and configure the OnBase Application Server and DeficiencyPop. For more information on installing and configuring the Application Server, see the Application Server documentation. For more information on installing and configuring DeficiencyPop, see the DeficiencyPop documentation.

To configure the DeficiencyPop for Epic URL setting:

  1. In the OnBase Configuration module, select Utils > External Systems.
    The External System Configuration dialog box is displayed.

  2. Select Epic and click Values.
    The External System Parameter Configuration dialog box is displayed.

  3. In the Key field, enter DeficiencyPop URL.
  4. In the Value field, enter the URL that points to the DeficiencyPop Login.aspx page.
    For example, https://hostname/DeficiencyPop/Login.aspx, where hostname is the machine name of the OnBase DeficiencyPop Server.
  5. Click Add.
    The key/value pair is added to the list of pairs.
  6. Click Save.
