When a user attempts to access the Epic Front Office Scanning interface, the following error message is displayed:

Error - no valid document type contexts were provided, unable to continue
This error indicates the Front Office Scanning integration was unable to identify the document type contexts received from Epic. Verify the DocType elements in EPICFOSCONFIG.xml file are configured correctly. See Document Types Available for Upload.
