The following message is displayed when the user chooses to exit the Scan Acquisition Server before indexing the listed documents:
- There are documents remaining that have not been indexed - these documents will not be archived or become part of the chart! Are you sure you want to exit?
To address this issue, the user should do the following:
- Click No to return to the Scan Acquisition Server.
- Index the documents.
- Click Exit Scan Server to archive the documents to OnBase.
