To configure burn settings for standard Note Types:

  1. In OnBase Configuration, select Document | Note Types.
  2. Select the Note Type and click Attributes.
  3. In the Medical Records section, select Burn Note After Chart Processing.
    This setting is available only for Note Types configured as a Note or Overlapped Text. Circles, arrows, and highlights are not eligible for burning.
  4. Click Save.
