Before you begin, do the following:

  1. Contact your Epic solution provider to obtain the ViewTIFF Image viewer. The ViewTIFF Image viewer must be installed to let users view OnBase scanned images using EpicCare Link.
  2. Install the OnBase Application Server as described under Installing the OnBase Application Server.
  3. Create the OnBaseEpicWeb.config file as described under Creating the Configuration File for EpicCare Link.
  4. Install the OnBase EpicCare Link integration by completing the following procedures:
