The OnBase Web Viewer requires no additional configuration in OnBase. The OnBase Web Viewer respects Facility ID configuration and mapping when retrieving documents.
If you are using a SMART on FHIR integration with the OnBase Web Viewer, the epicFacilityID URL query parameter must be configured in an Epic FDI record if a Facility ID is configured in OnBase Configuration or the Facility Mapping configuration has at least one entry. The following table describes the expected value of the epicFacilityID URL query parameter based on different scenarios in OnBase Configuration:
