When a user attempts to scan an image using the Scan Acquisition Server, the image may not be displayed in the preview window, or a blank error message may be displayed.

This issue may occur if the workstation has insufficient contiguous memory to render the image after it is scanned. This issue may be resolved by turning off TWAIN native transfer mode for the Scan Acquisition Server. For information about this option, see TWAINNativeTransfer.
