The Annotations toolbar allows you to draw annotations on a document.
Note:
If you are viewing a document that is locked by Records Management, the Annotations Toolbar is also locked and cannot be used.
To create and place an annotation on a document:

In the Annotations toolbar, select the type of annotation to add to the document from the drop-down list.

Click the Toggle Annotation button.
